best necro collector set? - Guild Wars Forums

Im lookin for the 2 items , one for each hand that give the 20/20 recharge. Ive been looking ingame, I believe I found a grim cesta, just need the primary hand weapon. Any Ideas where this might be? Many thanks for any help.
