I made a look at some skills and i saw that some trainer of the skills is located at a place called "Fisherman's heaven", i checked maps, and searched but found nothing... someone know where the **** i can found this place?

It's north of sactum Cay follow the beach line north and you will get there!!

Of course it is Haven and not heaven! Fisherman's haven.
