Confirmation-Energy
Just wanted to confirm something: i am a W/Elem and i read that if i buy a minor storage energy from a person selling skill i can increase energy by 10( i.e 20 + 10=30). Is it true? I would also like to know if i buy it will i on the spot see an upgrade of energy or must i sacrifice one of my weapons e.g shield to use have the upgrade.

You can only use runes for your primary class (all classes can use Vigor though).

As snepp said, you can only use runes of your primary profession. In your case you can only use Warrior runes as well as absorbtion & vigor runes which anyone can use.
If you want to increase your energy you have only 2 option: 1. Use Gladiator armor - this will give you +8 max energy 2. Wield a focus of some kind, since these increase your energy as well. And btw, 1 point of Energy storage only gives you 3 energy. so even if you were a Elementalist/? and thus could use a Minor Rune of energy Storage, it would give you 3 energy extra, not 10.. since a minor rune only ads 1 point to that attribude (apart from vigor, which adds X health.. not sure how much though). I suspect what the person is trying to sell you is a +10 energy focus/symbol.etc that would have to be used in your shield hand. can be worth it if you like using elementalist's range spells 1st - ie switch to a weapon set with the focii for more energy, cast your spells then switch back to sword/axe and shield for melee... If they trying to sell you a rune.. tell them to shove off and stop trying to scam you :P |
