Ok here goes :

I have a clean chaos axe 6-26.
Can I add a Axe Haft and Axe Grip to my axe together ?
Making for example : Icy Chaos Axe of Defense.

If I add a icy axe haft and a axe grip of defense ?

I guess my question is can I add 2 Bonuses or Enhancements
to one weapon.

You can add 1 haft and 1 axe grip to your axe, just like 1 pommel and 1hilt for a sword and so forth, u get the picture.

Yes, you can add two enhancements. You can also customize it and give it 20% damage for a third enhancement. If you customize it, it will be useless to everyone except you forever.

Be advised, a clean weapon is not your best option. You would be better off getting a weapon with a primary mod (ie: 15% damage while health over 50%) and using whatever mods you wanted on that. By using a clean weapon you are crippling your damage.
