Mesmer Hexes and Bosses - Guild Wars Forums

Has anyone noticed that mesmer hexes seem to last about half the time they're supposed to on bosses above level 20? I've noticed this from the desert bosses and on. Anyone know why this is?

I have noticed that durations of conditions are also a lot less on bosses than they are on normal mobs as well.
