A combination i don't happen to see often is Monk/Mesmer (at least USED). I know a lot of monks got pulled to ascension and needed empathy to finish of the doppelgange... those don't count.
I'm speaking about monks who actually use spells like Arcane Echo or Hexbreaker. I had have a Warrior/Mesmer... he was quite the nasty surprise. Slashing away at the target. Target seeing low damage and getting too self confident. Staying there, probabling laughing at the war who just does 1-10 damage. Wait, what was that... wtf... argh i'm taking heavy damage, damnit. I need to get an enchantment removal off... DAMN, interrupted... argh.. dead. |

Monk/Necro-you deal with healing to prevent death and exploiting death. It's worked out great for me so far...

E/N, I don't see many of at ALL. My primary is one, lol. Also, W/R are only used for apply poison and dont get seen much. One I imagine seeing QUITE less is an R/W.
I have a R/Mo, but he only uses Ressurect from monk skills currently. Also, a N/Me, I thought about going Me/N for FastCasting over Soul Reaping... but I bloody can't stand the way mesmers look. Sometimes I wonder if the real primary attribute of Necromancers are how frigging cool they look. |

I have a good friend that loves his Me/N, if you go into PvP areas you will find plenty of Me/N as they are very nasty to a monk. |

I found a Me/W in PvP once, I was playing my N/W who usually kicks the crap out of warriors in a 1 on 1 battle. I went 1 on 1 against that W/Me and got my ass handed to me twice. He wasn't your usual illusionary weapon warrior though, he went the route of Domination magic and used a nasty empathy. I had to congradulate him though for his build since he had actually come up with a new and interesting build that had my number.
