When I choose Necro as the primary and no secondary - it does not list the Soul Reaping attribute or associated skills/spells.

Soul Reaping ahs no skills or spells. It solely provides energy when an enemy dies in the vicinity

Soul Reaping bites in that respect, only attribute with no linked skills, even Fast Casting has one.

In PvE. The attribute bites in PVP.

wrong, it's far better than energy storage in pvp as well, especially GvG.
