Mesmer, absolutely. It's alot like blue magic in Magic:The Gathering, which was always my favorite color. I love to shut down spells and abilities and penalize opposing classes for doing their job.

Mesmer/Elemental is my favorite class setup so far, because you've got major shut down and punish power, plus you can throw in a nuke spell or two when it's needed. A true Master of Magic character

I can raise a army to fight for me and stand back and throw healing seed on them and watch (the body's hit the floor).

Having tried all the primaries I have to say Rangers and Necros are my favourites, though mesmers are cool too.

Axe Warrior. The sound of an axe digging into flesh is beautiful. Plus the numbers that pop out too.

Monk for healing and ele as defense

Also i thought a neco/ranger or ranger/necro would be cool since you could make a army of summons lol, and you'll have those guys protecting you against warriors while casting spells..
