I'm new too the game and I just started a guild, I was wondering when I can create my guild a cape becuase when I try to make one the apply button isn't lit up so I can press it so can someone pleas tell me?

You need 2000 gold.

once you need to know, you get a guild hall with a celestial sigil, obtainable by holding the hall of heros, reachable from the tomb of primeival kings.

also, you cannot have a guild hall unless you have a guild cape. i've tried.
