The grim cesta says 20% faster recharge and casting for soul reaping...but there r no soul reaping skills. Does it mean death magic?

I found that odd too - I can only assume it's there now for skills to be introduced later.

Possibly, but I was under the impression it was a legacy reward from beta days? Whatever the case its unquestionably useless right now.

Yup useless! I bought 1 from a guy in AC for 200g didn't know any better at the time. Was wondering the same thing but hey before i only had +8eng so +12 was better.

Here is what i asked: "The collector in Droknar's Forge has a grim cesta with 20% faster recharge and cast speed for SOUL REAPING....but there are no soul reaping skills. Could you possible change it to Death magic since thats the closest thing to soul reaping?"

GW Support's Answer: "

Soul Reaping is one of the attributes that Necromancers have. The particular item you mentioned would therefore provide the most benefit to Necromancer characters.

man i could work at all these big gamming companies. I got some stupid responses from steam too. The only competent support ppl seem to be at Blizzard. They always answer MY question.

Best part is i emailed them back and they said they transfered my question to some other apartment...Now its 6 days later still no response. I bet they feel dumb.

funny, my first impression would have been that eaither A) you got an automated response which was simply based off of keywords in your statement. or B) your question was answered by someone in india working for $0.15 an hour who could care less.

It's simply because they have an offhand that has those stats for every attribute. Therefore, they have it for soul reaping too, it just doesn't do anything.
