Need Questions answered - Guild Wars Forums

First of all, I would really love to know if this game is worth buying.
And if i do buy it, if it will be infested with lag.

Another thing is that, is the graphics good or lame,... cuz graphics gotta be good, in order to buy a game.

And the game has got to have a sandbox feel to it. You know, able to put a few years into it with out getting bored. Also if the game world feels extremely big,...

Yes, its worth buying. Most of these freaks who buy it put in at least 300 hours, for fifty bucks 300 hours of entertainment is cheap. And I think you can pick it up for 40 American at Walmart now...

Lag, hardly ever. The game is almost lag free, about as good as it gets for an online RPG. If you have ever played anything like AO, DAoC, EQ, SB, UO its nothing like that lagwise.

The graphics are alright, the scenery is great, the models are so-so.

Years? I dont know about years, if you want years of fun for fifty bucks...well your screwed. There is no fee for this game, unlike single player games that only last 50 hours, this game will give you 500 hours fairly easy, 1000+ if your a freak.

WTF is that, that sucks you can only have what ?.... 8 people with you... i'm sorry buying this game is pointless unless Somone can tell me about a good mmorpg or what is good about this game ?

Why do people insist on coming to this forum to ask others opinions. It's NOT an mmorpg the most people can have with you IS 8 people the game STILL owns. Go away now because you said GW sucks.

This game is definately not an MMORPG and if you are looking for a gameplay that resembles a typical MMORPG then this game does not suit you. go play WOW and pay the monthly fee for sub par support from blizzard.

If you want to try out something different from conventional MMOs then you could give GuilWars a go. want to know more about the game? read up on the ton of reviews online. no need ppl to repeat what others have said.

is it worth buying? depends on ur preference. I would say it is worth buying, but then it's just me.

play for a few years? well if you are not playing it excessivly and buy the subsequent expansion packs, then maybe it'll last that long. For me, before GuildWars, I have been playing Warcraft 3: frozen throne custom games on battle.net for a few years and it doest get old. Now, it's just guildwars.
