Artifact Stats? - Guild Wars Forums

Hey , I have just started to get to serious levels with my 3rd char (Elem/Nec)
and realised i dont know much about artifacts and stuff.
What are the best stats to be looking out for with flame artifacts and Grim Cesta's?

Well, I like to use combo wand & artifact (or equivalents cane, symbol, etc). Both my monk and my mesmer have offhands that have energy +20, energy regen -1 (obviously with different reqs!). Then after battle, I switch weapon sets to regen faster. I think my highest dmg onehanded weapon is 11-22 (with faster recharge or something added on).

Most of these found in the desert areas and up to the Icy Caves of Moladune - but that is as far as I have gone!
