Immolate
Immolate itself seems a pretty weak attack - only 41 damage - but is the being set on fire doing anything? i imagined it might be similar to the bleeding caused by some warrior skills, but i haven't really noticed any obvious signs of that yet

The condition of "burning" has the highest degen a single condition can give, as far as I am aware. However, as Immolate would suggest, the duration of burning is usually somewhat limited compared with other conditions. My take? Fragility + Immolate is beautiful.
