Started an elementalist a week ago, and took this skill to fight mirror.
Lets just say it doesn't realize that it needs lightning to damage me. Having problems with mirror as elem? Try this, I took it down first attempt. It chained this when its recharge came up (or close to it). Chain flare on mirror and it was cake.

Nice made up story you got there. First of all, Iron Mist targets an enemy, not you. Even if you did cast it on him, Your flares would be doing 0 damage. Next time, try actually reading a skill's description before you post on it.

A monk can use Mend Ailment after beeing hit by Eviscerate but not really use it when he's dazed.

1. If he tries to use it, it'll take twice as long to cast it.
2. Everytime he casts a spell, he will be easily interrupted by my hits.
3. I replace Eviscerate with Dismember

And then one of the other Monks on the team can just Mend Ailment him instead. GG.
