Using the +1 prot praters 20% chance to gain 17 protection prayers for uw, is it possible to find an item that gives +1 healing prayers 20% while using skills? If so it is possible that 17 healing prayers can give the ub3r g0d1y 5 regen mending? and maybe a 10 regen healing breeze?

edit:

after searching around droks a little I foudn a dude with such an item

now I just need to find something healing based and not water magic, also some peeps suggesting collectors in the jungle

17 healing doesn't give you 5-level mending

Yeah. 16 gets me 9 healing breeze, but I doubt you'd get 10 with just 17.
Don't bother with a 5-mending, haha.
