Where is the Priest of Balthazar with Power Drain? - Guild Wars Forums

Does anyone know what Priest of Balthazar has Power Drain. I cant seem to find it. I've checked Droknars, Ascalon, Denravi, Lions Arch and Yaks Bend to no avail. Am I missing a priest somewhere? This is driving me nuts haha.

Thanks Ensign. I was running around there but couldn't find it. Upon further exploration it's up in the SW corner. Time for Sarus Arena Bot to farm faction.
