wat does extra damage to fire monsters?

ok tell me this is there a water upgrade for a weapon? no! dont post stupid things this is a serious question.

ok im srry for getting angry mybad but ice technically is not water but does it do xtra dmge for real

And to answer your second question, yes, there are 'water' upgrades. Look for things that do cold damage. So you'll be looking for Icy Sword Hilts, etc.
