I was wondering if a one handed necro wand(deadly cesta) that has 12 added mana -1 mana recharge is worth anything.

Cold Damage 6-9 (req 2 death magic)
12 mana added (always)
-1 mana recharge

It may not be max damage, but it's definitely worth while.

"Mana" was an old-term RPG term for numerically based "magic-energy" born from the days of PnP RPG's like Arduin in the early 1980's. The term eventually carried over to Diablo and other PC games thanks to so many RPG playing game programmers.

There is a collector Deadly Cesta, In ToA... i believe (i could be mistaken at its location) that has 15 energy and -1 energy regen.
