was wondering if there is a one handed necro weapon in the game that adds both health and energy from somewhere .. ive thought ive seen one before but cannot seem to find one please help me out

Ya there is an off-hand item from a collector that offers that. Try doing a search on collectors and see what you can find, it's there somewhere >.>

I have one that has +23 energy, health +30 and energy regen -1. Its a collectors item. I love it.

not the grim cesta one that adds 30 health and 27 energy i already have that i have a weapon that right now give +15 energy with a -1 energy recharge but im looking for a better weapon something that adds health and energy with a possible skill recharge or equivlent

Not too sure on necro specific weapon, but there is a sword you can craft with +5 Energy (Lion's Arch?) then add a +30 health upgrade on it.

That's the closest thing that comes out of my head right now. I'm not much of a wand person anymore so sorry if I'm not much help with that.
