European guild want to merge with others - Guild Wars Forums

We are about 40M in our guild, about 10 are active all the time (all the time I go online) We have a very active Forum, and a good guildspirit, and great friendship between members. We are between 13-40 years old from all over europe, most have @ least 1 level 20 PvE.
But we never started GvG, and would like to do so, also PvP to get europe some favor.
Now I am looking for other guilds with the same wish, and then maybe to merge with one or two.

We are also looking for a new officer, who knows how to fight GvG and who can train a team in unrated GvG battles, and laters starts the rated GvG.
We have about 30 or more members who have played their characters to level 20 and have the skill to fight in PvP and GvG battles..but we do not have a coach, trainer and active GvG officer right now...
the 2 active GvG officers are on holidays for 4 weeks or more

what do u mean by 40M
