What collector trades this weapons

Smitting staff

+10 energy
11-22 dmg (9 smiting req)
increase casting smitting (chance 20%)
increase recharge smitting (chance 20%)

or something like that

Go to the Community Works forum, look for the Collectors Locations sticky. There is a great map made that shows every desert collector's items, what they need and where they are.
