What are the most difficult missions in the game? - Guild Wars Forums

Now, I???m pretty sure that I???m going to hear ???Thunderhead Keep??? a lot. But please note the plural in the title, I???m looking for what people feel are the most difficult missions, not just the toughest.

I hear some people talk about Hell???s Precipice like it???s difficult. Others have no problem at all with the Precipice using a full team of henchmen but run into trouble on Elona Reach or Thirsty River (Thirsty River is the mission I find hardest).

So, what the most difficult missions, and why?

Personally i think aurora glade is a pain in the backside. It's not the actual difficulty on it's own which is the problem. It's more the groups that don't know what to do or which way to go.

Aurora glade + PUG = annoyance.

i think the proper question to ask is why are all the missions annoying and boring

I did Aurora once and I've never done it since, all I do is run around to Maguuma Stade ^^

Most difficult mission... must be any of them if you have an idiot group.

They aren't *hard*, but depends on what kinda group you have.

i would say gates of kryta was somwhat hard (bonus mainly)
and pretty much any of the missions in crystal dessert were pretty hard (and of course thunderhead was aslo hard)

Thirsty River. That one sucks completely if you have the wrong group with you.

Yea, you can't have you monk running up with the warriors or he get Conc shot killed ^^

Rarely do I see monk with Mend Ailment/Condition.

Didn't have any trouble with any mission with my Monk for some reason. I think Thirsty River with my Warrior was pretty annoying though..

You can do Aurora Glade with henchies easily

The Gwen mission has to be the absolute hardest. I don't think anyone's ever finished it yet

With henchman I thought thirsty river was a pain and the end of sanctum cay was a problem. Right now doing the Ice caves of sorrow I find it just plain annoying due to all it's cheap tricks. But then I find the missions to be a collection of hoops to jump through. I would much rather fight my way through a tough area to bypass any one of them if it was always possible.
