I'm not sure on what they are... Can anyone tell me what they are, what they are for, and how much they cost?

they commonly drop in the FoW. they are used to craft fissure 15k armor and usually anywhere around 3k to 8k depending upon demand.

They're a Crafting Material and are used for the Fissure of Woe armor set. They cost 3000 gold each and you'll need 105 of them (120 when you also buy the helment) for the full Fissure of Woe armor set.

actually the latest price from the rare trader is between 7k and 7.5 k for the last 12 hours

wow... That's a lot of money... 315 k I think... If you buy them all for 3 plat each anyway. I think that I will be goin to the fissure of woe a lot!
