Hey I got my monk lvl 20, I was wondering what runs and skills you need to have a 55 health monk build, someone has got to help me!

5 Superior runes takes you to 105. Then equip and offhand item with -50 HP (I know there's one as the reward for the quest Cities of Ascalon; might be more)

The other night I was in the UW and had a 105 monk in my party, only she was more like 388...I was excepting her to get mushed, but she took so little damage, at one point there were 5 smite crawlers, and what seemed like twenty coldfires pounding her and she took virtually no damage.

Ive no idea why ppl derease their HP, I usually want more.

From the sounds of things, the things in the underworld deal a percentage of health instead of actual damage.

EX:

10% of 100 is 10 damage
10% of 1,000 is 100 damage

Now which would be easier to heal?

lol yea the more the better not less and all the other builds ive been to had have the + 1 runes

Just do a search on smiting monks! I've read a couple of build threads without even looking!
