Recruits for Hollis - Guild Wars Forums

In post seer around ascalon city I always used to get the quest "Recruits for Hollis", now with my new char i can't seem to find it, does anyone know exactly where to get it?

i noticed that too, i didnt get the quest. I remember that tydus used to give it.
