Are there different types of Fissure Armor per Class? I've only seen one type of Warrior Fissure armor, and one type of Nec Fissure Armor (Male)...

Does all warrior fissure Armor look the same?

yep

so lets say i wanted Fissure Monk Ascetic Armor and Fissure Monk Censor Armor...

both sets would look exactly the same but with different stats

The fissure armor is probably the best looking in the game. And it actually looks like "armor" especially for the women. Not scantily clad for once.

I fell in love with Fissure armor when I saw the set for the Necro, spikes growing out of his flesh... That's just cool right there. And while I'm a person who doesnt really care about getting the expensive armor, from what I've seen of the Mesmer Fissure, it'd be something I'd consider if I ever had the money and the supplies.
