Screenshots
Whenever I take a screenshot, it always clears the screen of all text and things (or in the case of my map, it wipes the cities), and I was wondering how to turn this off. I have seen people with their text and interface in screenies.
Thanks in advance |

If you hit PrntScrn only (and do not hold down the Shift or Ctrl key...I always forget which...) you should get the stuff on the screen as is.

Edit: Just tried it. If you hold down alt or ctrl while taking the shot, it keeps everything onscreen Last edited by ManadartheHealer; Jun 10, 2005 at 08:13 PM // 20:13.. |

I don't know if the game mimick's windows in this function but holding the alt key and hiting the print screen key captures the active window as opposed to everything. Does the game store the image somewhere (some games do this, CoD for example) or do you have to hop out and past it into an image editor?

There's a sub-folder called Screens in the Guild Wars folder.
