How do I swap from one country to another? Also I know there's like a 4 or 5 limitation on this, what're the details about this anyway?

On the forum or ingame? If on the forum, look at the top of the page, there is a search button, write your query in the right field and click on search.

In the options (when you select your character), it is possible to change the home districts, you can switch to Europe, North America, and so on. I think the limitation is 5. What kind of details do you want? Once you switched 5 times, you won't be able to change anymore. Why only 5? People would abuse it to be on servers where the favor of the god is.
