PvP Character question - Guild Wars Forums

I generated a PvP only character (Ranger primary, necro secondary) just to give it a go (damn, it's fun!)... however when weapon selection time came, only necro weapons were available... no bows!

Any ideas as to why this would be?

my guess is not high enough attribute in marksmanship
IIRC bows are req 9 in marksmanship

Could have sworn it was at least that... don't recall...

Can a PvP character go back and get weapons available during generation?
