I Am An Elementalist And I Have A Scroll -energy Storage
Whet Staff Do I Need Thet The Scroll And The Staff Will Work .

Er firstly, you need to look at the specific requirement on the scroll and then make sure your Attribute for that line (i.e. Fire Magic) is the same as or greater than whatever is stated on the Scroll.

Secondly, the 1handed weapon you wield has no bearing on whether you gain the benefit of the focus

Thirdly, a staff is two handed you can not weild that and a focus at the same time, eevn though you can place the focus in the off-hand still.
