I'd have to say you win the nerd award for knowing what thing each ranger morphs into.
To your credit, I did laugh my butt off. |

I agree with ya tho. Not a lot of diversity hehe. I do see different skin tone often enough though. |

I played an erudite enchanter (also female) in EQ on TZ for 2+ years so it seemed to fit Didn't really notice a shortage myself /shrug |

i've seen plenty of black characters in GW. one time i saw this one black female ranger with blonde hair, that person must've been color blind or something. it was pretty hilarious.

Not exactly sure what the OP is trying to incite by making this topic, but my answer isn't "well don't accuse me of being racist, I made such-and-such black character."
Instead, I'll just say the truth. I enjoy playing the white characters more. To me they are projections of what I would prefer to play AS given the choices presented to me. Would I party with black characters? Yeah, it's not like I'm a white power advocate. I'm not going to jab at someone because THEY chose a black character. That's their choice. The reason the OPTION to change skin color is to match the personal preference. The appearance of fewer dark-skinned characters versus light-skinned characters should be quite apparent--people prefer playing as the latter more. It's kind of silly to ask why a person in real life is white or black and not the other, and then complain that there are so few of one type, isn't it ? |
