hi i was wondering if u build a sword is it for a pvp charecter or for the roleplaying charecter it was made for o ya 1 other thing how do i build 1 and where lol

Well there is a storage in pvp areas so you can craft...upgrade a sword in pve and then put in storage for your pvp characters.

Weapons crafters will make swords...you can get them as drops...you can add on upgrades...you can buy them from people...there are many ways of getting swords.

Any character can use the sword unless it is customized for certain character. If you get a sword in pve, both of your pve and pvp characters can use it. The pvp sword got from pvp character creation cannot be used by others because it is customized to that pvp character only.
