Is there a Guild Leader List anywhere ? - Guild Wars Forums

I was just wondering if there was a way to contact the guild leader of a specific guild. Say you want to solicit yourself to a specific guild or wanted to talk to a guild rep about someone.
I think a list of Guilds, theyre guild leader and possibly website or other means to contact them would be very usefull. If something like this doesnt already exsist.

I believe the guild list here might be the closest to giving you want you are looking for. See if the guild is in the list, and if so, it will give you the guild leaders name.
