If you're a Ranger, atleast for droknar's 1.5k Druid's armor, silver colors very brightly on it so it looks white.

I saw a mesmer who's enchanter's armor was all white. It looked very cool. I tried whispering the person to find out if it was just silver dye, but I didn't get a response.

Here's a screenshot of a mesmer's armor dyed to look white. I still have no idea of what dye mix was used. The only thing I can think of is blue + 3 silvers, but I'm not rich enough to try that.
Any ideas? |

I think it was a thread here..I saw that the nearest you can get to white (for some armours anyway)...is to dye them silver then use dye remover. (once gives an off-white...maybe twice will bleach it more?)
Worked on my Rangers druid leggings and had a nearly all white pair instead of the stripe you get when applying dye. Good for then reapplying the colour you like. Not sure if it works the same on all pieces though. [Edit] Found something...too tired to search more Something on using dye remover, then silver here:- http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ighlight=white Some more dye stuff...Heist23 mentions silver+dye remover = white-ish tan http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25784&page=1&pp=25&highlight=whit e Last edited by Ooma; Aug 21, 2005 at 04:40 AM // 04:40.. |
