Eternal Weaponsmith Question - Guild Wars Forums

Something bothered me today when I actually read the quest description that the Eternal Weaponsmith gives. I took a a ss but it didn't save for some odd reason but oh well.

He mentions something about I can only do something with your weapons, if you seek armor worthy of a hero then seek out the forgemaster.

So does anyone know what happens if after you do the quest, and you return to the eternal weaponsmith if he will actually do anything special? Kinda like how you have to do the one quest for the forgemaster before he'll make you any armor.
