I dont know which pet 2 use for my ranger/mesmer (domination mesmer)...
I heard i should use bear bc it has higher dmg... is that true?
Or.. are all the pets at same strong when they're lvl 20???

Rumours have it that the bear has the highest hps among all, and that the spiders in underworld have some added bonuses to them. I've never really been able to find out. ut as a domination mesmer, its not really wise to bring a pet in.

And... i dont rly care about UW with ranger.. so i wont go with spider
Bear seems good if rumors are right... and.. is the dune lizard good???

BTW.... i heard that u could get rid of ur pet and charm an other (even if u already charmed 1 b4.. u get rid of it... is that true???)

yes pet collector outside of ascalon will take your pet so you can charm a new one.

*sighs* time to squish some rumor's...

1. all pets have the same AL.
2. all pets have the same health, depending on their 'evolution". but on the same "evolution" every pet has the same health.. whether it's a Bear or a Moa Bird
3. all pets attack at approx the same attack speed, again depending on the "evolution" it is going on.

Do note that the AL's listed will now be incorrect as ANet have increased the max AL to 80, up from 60.

Go with the pet you like, although there are some variations in speed just as any other weapon. They are all close to the same. I am going to get a Sand Lizard for my N/R, and I think I am going to keep the cat for my R/W. Just because those are what I choose. As it should be for you. The spider from UW, it's a status symbol and nothing more. Just like the 15k armor. Of course all of this is only MHO.
