Signet of Capture questions... - Guild Wars Forums

1. Where can one obtain the Signet of Capture skill (where is it first available)?
2. Are the bosses from which elite skills can be captured localized entirely within the storyline missions, or are they all over the place (quests, world map, etc)?
3. I know you can't equip more than one elite skill at a time, but can you have in your skill inventory more than one at a time?

Bonus OT question:
W = 2 energy regen pips
R = 3 energy regen pips
E = 4 energy regen pips
Ne = ???
Me = ???
Mo = ???

1. The 1st Signet of Capture can be get through a quest in LA(lion arch). It can be bought from many skill trainers. e.g. bettlerun,maguuma stade,oasis,gotto etc.

3. Skill inventory has all the skills you got,elite or non-elite but you can equip only one elite skill in the skill bar at a time.(except you have an elite and capture another one but it will be taken out once you get in a town.)

All casters, E,N,Me,Mo have 4 energy regen.(wearing armor and without energy degen items).
