Well I don't think that you would use Ascalon helm or Knight boots if you are using plate because you would be substituting -2 dmg for +5 armor. I believe +5 armor would be far more beneficial than -2 damage.

Ok, can anyone tell me the stats on the fissure helm, dont know if there is more than 1 so all warrior ones would be great. Thanks.

Hmm, I thought the 15k ascalon helm had damage reduction too.
