Where is Razorstone found? - Guild Wars Forums

anyone know which map and a general location of this guy? I'm really wanting his axe =p

only time i saw a summit named razorstone was when i was a slave inside SF and it was pretty deep inside.
and I forget his class color.(maybe it was green)
but if (you're 100% sure) he gives an "axe", it should be a warrior (yellow) one then.
