+1 Fire Magic --- 20%

The best possible Artifact for an (Fire) Elementalist?

I know some people would say +45 Health while Enchanted is better, but I mean is it the BEST of its kind?

Meaning you will never find anything that's

1. Energy +13 OR +31 Health OR +1 Fire Magic --- 21%
OR
2. Same stats but with another ADDITIONAL Mod.

So, is it the best possible?

And What is the maximum for Wands?
And Staves? (Staff, pls)

yes... that flame artifact has maxed out mods for the mods it does have

Yep, those mods are both maxed, and 12 Energy is the maximum on a focus (till now).

Wands: 11-22
Staffs: 11-22, +10 Energy

i think i would rather have +5armor rather than +30 health
