New Ranger Question: Which Bow is best?
I've got 3 lvl 20's and am just now about to start a ranger. Since I've never tried one before, I wouldnt know which bow is best. Which bow has the overall best balance of speed, accuracy, range, etc? Storm? Recurve? Long? Short? Shadow?

No bow has "the best balance" of all the criteria used to evaluate bows. There are several threads concerning picking a bow that's right for you, I recommend searching and reading them. However, many are lazy and don't want to do that... so, the short answer is the best bow to use is one that compliments your skill set. What skills do you use?

The shorts answer is to have at least one Short Bow or Half-Moon and One Long or Flat Bow. The reason for that is range and speed short/half refire quicker but have shorter range, and the long/flat are great for pulling and sniping.
