Default Artemis needs Answers to these Questions

Hello you superior GW players. I have some questions about skills and stuff. I only want accurate answers. IF YOU DONT KNOW THE ANSWER DONT POST. Please leave this threa flame free, and dont try to discuss to much but to answer the questions.

( I know the skills got changed but I want to assure myself.)

Q1: DO winter and greater conflag still work on each other? YES/No? What type of dmg comes out?

Q2: Is piercing dmg, blunt dmg, and that kind... Physical dmg, does it get affected by skills which add physical dmg?

Q3: Do Energ.-Winds and Quick. Zephyr work together?

Q4: Does Kindle convert the dmg to fire? Will order work with it? (apparantly I can't see it work)

Q5: How does oath shot affect inspired hex and inspired enchantment? Do I keep the hex/enchant or do I get the original skill?

Q6: Does the Monk armor ( I believe +15 armor vs piercing) help against hammers (blunt dmg)?

Q7: (related to Q2) Are the different physical dmges like blunt and piericng; like fire, watter, earth in elemental dmg?

Q8: Are hexes stopped by Spellbreaker?

Q9: The max health regen is +10, what is the max degen?

Q10: Once you reach -10/9 energy regen and you cast more enchants to upkeep, does it get any further negative? or is -9 energy degen max and all other enchants after are bonus?

Q11: A skill saying reduces dmg by 15points is about how much armor?

Ok these are some question, I might add more later. I am working on some builds so I was interested. Thx for your anwsers.

A2: skills which add damage do not alter the original damage. it is just as it states: additional damage:

A3: yes, qz and ew work very well together. the two are used in conjunction in experienced trapper groups to keep the costs of traps low and have them recharge faster. add in serpent's quickness to further speed up the skill recharge.

striderkaaru, I was wondering in Q2 wether a skill which says does more dmg by 6 if hit by phsical dmg is also affected by piercing or blunt because, I dosnt state whether those are physical.

I have a few answers anyways:

1. Winter and Greater Conflagration do affect each other in that physical -> fire, all elemental (including fire) -> cold. The end result is all damage being cold damage.

2. Physical damage includes piercing, blunt, and slashing. Any skill that affects "physical" damage is talking about those three types.

3. Energizing Winds and Quickening Zephyr work together according to common belief. I have not personally tested it, and thus would need someone else to verify.

4. Kindle does convert your damage to fire, though it may be a bug which is fixed in the future. Therefore anything that needs to be set off by physical damage will not be set off with Kindle in place; however, Kindle's damage can not be blocked/evaded. If the arrow misses, Kindle's damage still hits. As I said, it's most likely a bug, so watch carefully with the approaching skill balance changes.

5. I have no idea.

i think that piercing, blunt, and slashing all count as physical. the ones that aren't physical are the elemental damage types, holy, chaos, and dark damage. someone can correct me if i'm wrong about this, but that is what i believe.

i have been doing trapping runs in uw as of late, and i can verify that they do work together.

A6. no, hammers do blunt damage...as stated
A7. yes, and there are skills that deal with them
a8. if the hex was cast on you, it would not stop suffering if you werent the target, same way it doesnt stop meteor shower if you arent the target
a9. 10
a10. max en degen is 10
a11. it isnt convertable....if you take 300 damage -15 wont do much, but if you take 20 that -15 does a lot....it also works on skills that surpass armor (IW)

Q12: Do Ignite Arrows change dmg to fire too?

Q13: How close do the enemies have to be to get hit by Barrage?

i didn't think so, they only do the normal dmg + some extra (depending on your attribute points)

Q14: How long in % or seconds does a lengthens condition upgrade do?

Q15: How much reduction does a shorten lenghth of a condition upgrade do?

Q16: Does a keystone signet reactivate the rez signet?
