Since i'm short on money and got a good drop (i hope) , I just want to know how much i could sell it for... It's a gold item.

Insightful Water Staff of Enchanting
Engery +10
Cold dmg: 11-22 (required 11 water magic)
Improve casting speed of Divine Favor (Chance: 18%)
Energy +4
Echantment last 17% longer

Is it a good item?

Try the Etc forum, where you can get price checks. (It helps to read the stickies at the tops of the forums.)

As for that staff, I'd expert salvage either of the mods and try to sell that. The staff in and of itself isn't worth anything.

It might be worth something. Water items will be on the rise i believe after the patch and mixing water ele with a monk combo is also not to shabby.

Unfortunately Water is still on the low now, and Improves Casting speed alone isn't worth a lot, much less with Divine Favor. Basically only a Mo/E with Water could use it, and that's probably not going to be very common. So it's just better to salvage a mod if possible.
