i got into a debate with my friend over where healing ponds were.. im talking about the ponds where you stand on them and it gives you health regeneration... so where are they?

There's one mission that has a healing pond too.
Actually, I think ANY water area you come across in the Maguuma Jungle area gives +1 pip of health regeneration.

Basically most of the "water" sections/area's/pools/rivers/etc in the Maguuma Jungle section give +1 health regen when you stand in them.

And also I think on the Druid's Island on the guild halls.
