I'm not sure, but I remember I've seen one on a collector once, but I'm not sure, could anyone tell me if it excist, and if so, where to get it?

not sure but i know it sucks

it has like low dmg.

you get it in ascaloon area i think

try outside of serenity temple, the collector

right outside of there.

if not.. then IDK

Would be great for use with mark of pain where your biggest problem is killing your primary target too soon. Anyone know if it stacks with flurry?

ive seen a fire wand in ascalon with like +33% attack speed but had a negative effect dont remember

The collector outside of Serenity Temple has items with +33% Dmg, -67% Attack speed, already checked it before I posted
