i know many said they can't but how about this picture?

if green items could be customized....i think the price of the greens with dmg bonus like the Razorstone maybe going higher

Greens can be customized.
I already customized mine.

I think when people said customize, they meant adding their own mods to the weapons, as in, customizing to suit their playing style.
