how much dose each arrow of health regain give you per secound??

-if you cast mending on yourself, can another person then cast it on you? so you have two mendings running?

You cannot.

i think both people still have to upkeep it though. so you get one spell for the price of two.

Yes, the higher level mending takes priority and overwrites the lower level one, but they are both maintained.

Enchantments and hexes do not stack if they have the same name. Stances can't overlap (i.e. you can only use one at a time).
