When things say quick recovery from cripple, blind (conditions) etc.. what exactly is the reduction in time? Anyone have hard facts?

this is why i would like to do one on one pvp's so we can test stuff, but i think thats also another reason why they dont want us to.

It's 33% reduction...same as mods that lengthen conditions.
