Hi not sure if this is the right place to put this please move if it isnt thanks.

My question is this - I'm thinking of buying a second copy and having a second account so I can have 1 on Euro servers and 1 on American servers. Is it possible to run 2 copies of the game on the same PC? Also, if it is possible, can both copies be run at the same time so that I could exchange items between accounts.

You can have 2 accounts, but you'd normally need to log out of one to be able to use the other. (On the login screen, all you'd need to do is just type in the email and password for the second account and you're good to go)

If you poke around a bit I think there's some sort of topic on running multiple Guild Wars games at once, but I'm not familiar with the technicalities of the process, so I'll leave that to someone who's more instructed in the matter

You don't run two copies of the game on the PC, you just need one game copy. All your information about your account, including which server, your characters, etc. are on the servers. So when you start up GW on your one computer, you just type in the log in information (email address and password) for the account you want to play. After you log in, you should be on the server for that account. The two accounts shouldn't interfere with each other.

My wife and I share 3 accounts on two computers, but we have the 3rd account so we each can try all 6 of the different primary professions. And we just use any of the accounts on any of our two computers, with no problems.

Yes but by being able to run two copies of the game at the same time, on the same PC (Becuase not everyone has 20 computers in their homes

) you could run yourself through the game, not having to pay someone.
