Collector/Weapon Crafters...? What do they have and where? - Guild Wars Forums

Is there a link that will show what and where each Collector/and Weapon Crafter has? I am looking for high end sword and was wondering what skins are available through these collectors/crafters with MAX damage and 15% mod?
